Rail Order has come a long way since it was established back in 2000, initially starting up as a rail specific supply and distribution company to becoming a total solutions provider. Now part of the Alan Dick Communications group Rail Order has been totally transformed, still offering supply and distribution solutions but further on it now offers innovative on train solutions, designed to enhance the ‘on board’ passenger experience.

We pride ourselves on building strong working relationships with our customers working in partnership to achieve strategic goals. Rail Order has been built on our ability and reputation as a solutions provider ensuring we endeavour to meet customer’s expectations.

Our solutions are designed around customer requirements more specifically the ability to offer future proof technology with eventual bolt on options to both Wi-Fi and the Beagle Passenger Information System including live CCTV, train diagnostics, media and entertainment options with our back office support network. Our customer experience products have the ability to have positive impact on National Rail Passenger Survey scores.
